Most residential installs are completed in half a day. A full-house job with multiple openings typically takes a full day. We'll give you a precise time estimate after the free survey, and we always confirm appointments 24 hours in advance.
Yes — every installation comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty as standard. If anything fails through normal use within that period, we'll return and fix it at no charge. We also use materials that carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
Window screens are designed to be easily removed and stored without tools. Door and retractable screens can be left in place year-round — they're built to withstand British weather — but removable options are also available on request.
Yes — our retractable screen range is specifically designed with listed and heritage properties in mind. The 23mm housing cassette is unobtrusive and can often be fitted without planning permission. We assess each property individually and will advise during the free survey.

Surrey Fly Screens provides the supply and installation of bespoke fly screens for residential and commercial properties across Surrey. All work is carried out by our own team — we do not use subcontractors.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on measurements taken during a free site survey. Any significant changes to the specification after a quote is accepted may result in a revised price, which we will confirm with you in writing before proceeding.
A job is confirmed upon your written acceptance of our quotation. Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. We reserve the right to withhold installation until a deposit is received for larger orders.
All installations are covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty. This covers defects arising from our installation work under normal domestic use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or fair wear and tear. Product warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of acceptance under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided manufacturing has not yet commenced. Once bespoke screens have been cut and manufactured, cancellation may not be possible and a restocking charge may apply.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages arising from delayed installation or product defects.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
